TPA & Cashless Facilities
Cashless and insurance-support information for patients and attendants.
Eligibility Check
Our help desk reviews card, policy and scheme details before initiating a request.
Documentation Support
The team guides patients and attendants regarding required identity, medical and authorization documents.
Approval Coordination
Cashless approval remains subject to the insurer, TPA or government scheme authority.
Cashless Support at Medi-World Hospital
Medi-World Hospital assists eligible patients with TPA, insurance and approved government-scheme requests. The help desk reviews available documents, coordinates with the treating team and submits required information to the concerned approving authority.
How the Process Works
- The patient receives clinical assessment and an admission or treatment plan.
- The cashless desk verifies policy, card or scheme details.
- Required documents and a pre-authorization request are submitted.
- Treatment under cashless terms begins only after authorization, except emergency stabilization as applicable.
- At discharge, final documents are submitted for settlement.
Important Information
- Approval time depends on the insurer, TPA or scheme portal.
- Non-medical items, exclusions, limits and co-payment may remain payable by the patient.
- Patients should keep original documents available for verification.
- Rejection or partial approval by a third party does not mean treatment cannot continue on a self-payment basis, subject to hospital policy.
Commonly required documents
Cashless treatment is not an automatic entitlement. Approval, package limits, exclusions, co-payment and final settlement are controlled by the concerned insurer, TPA or scheme authority.
