Before Your Visit
Carry identification, previous reports, current prescriptions and a written list of medicines and allergies. Arrive early for registration and keep the correct patient mobile number available.
During Consultation or Admission
- Share complete symptoms and medical history.
- Ask questions when instructions are unclear.
- Follow infection-control, visitor and safety guidance.
- Use only medicines approved by the treating team during admission.
- Inform nursing staff immediately if the patient’s condition changes.
Discharge & Follow-up
Collect the discharge summary, prescription, investigation reports, medicine schedule, wound-care advice and follow-up date. Clarify warning signs that require urgent return to the hospital.
Patient and attendant checklist
For severe breathing difficulty, unconsciousness, major injury, chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding or another medical emergency, call the emergency desk instead of waiting for an online response.
