The General Medicine department evaluates adults with new symptoms, recurring illness and long-term medical conditions. The consultant reviews history, medicines, previous reports and examination findings before advising investigations or treatment.
Coordinated Treatment
When required, the department coordinates with critical care, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, surgery and diagnostic teams so that patients receive an appropriate care pathway.
Follow-up & Prevention
Patients receive medicine guidance, monitoring advice and follow-up recommendations based on their condition.
